Good instincts go a long way.
Think of the familiar answer. Type it in. See how high seven little guesses can take you.
Read the prompt
You have 20 seconds to name something that fits. Think of the answer most people would say first.
Trust the obvious answer
Type one answer and press Enter. An answer on the board ends the round; an unrecognized guess lets you try again.
Climb the board
Each prompt has six ranked answers. The first answer earns 100 points, and every point adds 10 metres to your climb.
Finish seven rounds
Reach for 700 points, review every answer, then share a spoiler-free result or start another practice run.
One familiar answer is all you need.
Each prompt has a board of six answers. Your first recognized answer ends the round, so choose the one you think belongs closest to the top. If a guess is not recognized, you can try another while time remains. A round with no match when the clock runs out earns zero points.
Use a short, standard name rather than a sentence or a list of guesses. Capitalization and common punctuation differences are handled for you, and many answers have accepted aliases. The game cannot recognize every typo or every reasonable response to a prompt.
A board, not a survey
Our answers use fixed editorial rankings. They make the game consistent, but they do not measure what a surveyed population said. A sensible answer may be missing from a six-answer board.
Pick your kind of climb.
